Banco Inter Kick-off: the start of the judicial order management transformation journey
Squadra held the kick-off for a strategic project, ProJud, on May 12th. This project will transform Banco Inter's judicial order management by combining cutting-edge technology, modern architecture, and artificial intelligence. The meeting brought together leaders and technical teams from both companies for an integration and alignment session to launch this new project within the bank.

Banco Inter is a Brazilian financial institution founded in 1994 as Intermedium Financeira. It stood out as the country's first fully digital and free bank. Its comprehensive financial Super App transforms customers' relationship with money, offering a digital account, credit card with no annual fee, unlimited Pix, a complete investment platform, insurance, a virtual shopping mall, and a global account, in addition to special segments with exclusive benefits.
Currently, the bank's judicial order processing faces challenges common to large financial institutions dealing with high volumes and complex rules:
Excessively manual processes in order screening and execution;
Absence of systemic business rule parametrization, leading to dependence on human knowledge;
Disconnected systems, hindering operation maintenance and traceability.
Addressing these challenges, Genius, Squadra's artificial intelligence platform, enables the solution through ProJud, a centralized orchestrator platform designed to ensure Banco Inter can scale its operations with complete security, efficiency, and intelligence.

This is just the first step in an agenda that will transform these complex problems and prepare judicial order management for the future, accelerating decisions and ensuring quality in deliveries.
