SQUADRA announces Genius Platform at Annual Meeting 2025

SQUADRA begins 2025 with a historic milestone: the announcement of the Genius Platform, its own innovative tool being developed to boost productivity and transform the development of digital solutions.

Kick Off 2025: Connecting People, Innovation, and AI

The Annual Meeting is already a fixed part of SQUADRA's schedule, held annually between January and early February. This kick-off for 2025, which took place on January 30th, was the moment when the Board of Directors and leadership gathered and shared the previous year's results and the new year's guidelines with all employees. The event, attended by over 70 leaders in person at SQUADRA's headquarters in Belo Horizonte and the other squaders remotely, also featured two external guests – Rodrigo Cartacho and José Felipe Carneiro – who shared great reflections and learnings from their entrepreneurial journeys.

Rodrigo Cartacho, co-founder of Sympla, shared an emotional story about his journey, addressing challenging moments and crucial decisions for his success. He highlighted the importance of resilience and the ability to reinvent oneself, reinforcing that adaptation is essential in the business world.

"Nothing is Impossible" - José Felipe

José Felipe Carneiro, founder of Wäls brewery, brought a motivating message about innovation and entrepreneurship. He demonstrated how the courage to challenge the status quo is essential to turn ideas into reality, encouraging everyone to face 2025 with determination and focus.

The Era of AI Agents and Hyper-Productivity: A New Work Paradigm

The highlight of the event was the discussions on AI and innovation in a practical way to enhance our internal processes, leverage deliveries to our clients, and transform the market, as well as the role of human agents in this new era.

Artificial intelligence is no longer a concept of the future; it is already happening, and SQUADRA is at the forefront of this revolution. AI Agents are not just our assistants but strategic partners in daily work, enabling an unprecedented leap in productivity and delivery quality.

Gartner predicts that by 2028, 33% of enterprise applications will include agent AI, an increase from less than 1% in 2024. This means that our way of working has changed, and including AI agents within the work process has become essential to maximize results and transform the market.

SQUADRA Genius Platform: Where AI and Human Intelligence Unite

The big star of the event was undoubtedly the announcement of the SQUADRA Genius Platform. Designed to be an AI-based Multidisciplinary Platform, its purpose is to facilitate teams (designers, developers, managers, and others) in the co-creation journey of Impactful Digital Platforms.

The entire development of Genius is assured by real experiences and deliveries already made by SQUADRA.

One example is a project done in partnership with MRS, where we used AI to modernize a legacy system, converting embedded C++ code to a more modern and flexible technology.

To conclude the Annual Meeting after so many novelties that raised expectations and spirits, we had a moment of recognition. The Squadra Awards, an internal recognition program for the best cases of the year, highlighted projects carried out with clients such as Irani, Banco Inter, Operation Smile, MRS, CAU-BR, Raízen, Unimed Campinas, Ambev, Tacom, Austral, Honda, Vivara, Vale, Sanepar, and VLI. These partners are living proof of the impact of innovation and technology on businesses.
